Client Tech Support Associate
(Full Time, Toronto)
Loom Analytics is looking to hire a a full-time Client Tech Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving everyday IT issues, maintaining workstations, and ensuring that all workstations have the newest updates.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will include, running tech webinars for staff and clients, articling and website development
Support and assist remote and in-office staff
Point of contact for all IT-related issues
Hardware and inventory maintenance
Software and hardware installation and updates
Testing, organizing, and discarding equipment
General troubleshooting of IT equipment
Creating and maintaining tech support documentation
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar position
Must have experience using Windows Active Directory
Must have experience in end-user support (in-office and remote) and assistance
Communication skills to train on computer competency
Must have proficiency in using MS Office and Office 365
Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent
Strong understanding of Windows Server OS
Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and Mac Operating Systems
Technical writing skills
Knowledge of writing macros is an asset
Compensation
$23.00/hr
Work Location & Hours
Shifts will begin with daytime hours from 8am-4pm and can be subject to change based on business needs. Shifted schedules can be 7:30am to 3:30pm and/or 11am to 7pm
Office near Fairview Mall, about a 15-minute walk from the Don Mills subway station
37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Full-time in-office role with no remote/hybrid option
